I help my customers to deal with various aspects of changes – whether it is in business environment or IT-technology landscape. Decades of my professional life and diversity of challenges, helped me to learn how to drive and manage those changes, so that results would add value to my customer´s business, in terms of processes, organization and supporting technology. MY NO.1 PROJECT
MULTINATIONAL MOBILE OPERATOR
Objectives:
I was brought in to manage a post-merger integration project which was delayed, followed by outsourcing of back-end IT operations and business application support. From concept development with business case, multiple vendor negotiations, overseeing the design, implementation and a successful launch of solution – on time and on budget.
Achievements:
Enabled support for fast growth of services with scale and substantial cost savings achieved. Improved flexibility, while expanding business and technical capability, adding higher availability and SLA.
Global Telecom provider in France
Trusted advisor on CEO/CIO level.
Objectives:
Leading a ”never-ending” e-commerce initiative (3 years) to success by cutting down far too many simultaneous initiatives and ending endless changes of scope.
Achievements:
Launch within 3 months, including development and implementation of full application strategy for BSS/OSS stack, middleware, IT- and network support. Further developed necessary partnerships with industry specific software vendors and equipment makers.
Enabled the organisation to handle rapid development, with successful project methodolgy completing 90 % of projects on time and within budgets (up from 50% or less). Enabled the company to compete in the market and save multimillions of Euro in cost and investments.
Second Telecom operator in Sweden (presently Telenor)

Objectives:
Customer, a joint venture of 3 major european telecom operators needed an efficient process and organisation for Service Drelivery and Management for its enterprise customers across Nordic region.
Achievements:
Lead process redesign and developed an organization to meet the new requirements of rapidly growing business. My team of 50+ implemented new CRM and BBS tools to support new processes, with added automation of network and service provisioning. Developed outsourcing strategy to control OH cost and ensure highest efficiency and productivity. Project vastly improved support of sales, which grew three-fold in the first year, managing quality (ISO 9000, TQM), increasing productivity of the team by 50% in terms of efficiency (order volume) and reducing overall cost of sales by some 30%.
