The aim of the project was to target the software development effort from corrective maintenance to the development of new business functionality. This goal was realized through the optimization and re-alignment of the software development process. Additionally software quality were realized.

Firstly an in depth analysis and assessment of the existing development and quality assurance processes and environment of the IT operations of the company. Next to this first study we performed in parallel, an analysis of the implementation of privacy and data security regulations in the organization and its systems.
For a smooth and rapid implementation of the findings our customer added a senior consultant from our company to the management of the areas of the IT development department.
