PROJECT SUMMARY

Objectives

Our task was to optimize the transition and execute a full outsourcing initiative. The goal was to develop and man a new role for the customer, a leading provider of technology and services from China. Parallel to the execution of the transition of services from the previous supplier of the Swiss carrier to the Chinese vendor, we had to develop and implement the Business Improvement Management (BIM) process describing the full portfolio of services required.

Challenges

The all operational and commercial business processes for mobile customers were rewritten and optimized. In addition, we delivered a services assurance structure for the business customers of the carrier with top notch technical safety/security. The previous services were replaced in a smooth and very short transition.

Achievements
